　　4月17日，随着北京市电力公司领导李国华主席宣布“北京市电力公司公安电力办公室”正式成立，仪式现场响起了热烈掌声。

        公安电力办公室是北京市电力公司与市公安局内保局公安电力执法队合署办事机构，主要任务是通过警企密切配合，严厉打击盗窃电力设施违法犯罪行为、开展电网环境隐患整治、组织开展窃电行为的查处和案件的侦破、预防和处置电网外力事故、维护正常电网建设秩序等，同时更是创建平安奥运的需要。

　　揭牌仪式由北京市电力公司副总工程师王常平主持，李国华主席和内保局何跃副局长共同为“公安电力办公室”揭牌，总经理工作部、生产技术部、安全监督部、营销部、行管中心、新闻中心等部门领导和部分基层单位主管保卫工作的领导参加了仪式。

　　
　　揭牌仪式上，北京市电力公司保卫部、公安电力执法队代表分别就今后的配合工作做了表态发言，何跃副局长强调了公安电力执法队的重要意义，代表内保局对派驻公司的10名公安干警提出具体要求。最后公司领导李国华主席代表公司讲话，指出公安电力办公室的成立是警企长效机制建设迈出的坚实步伐，向派驻我公司执法队干警表示热烈欢迎。对公安电力办公室提出了三点希望：一是希望公司有关部门作好相应的后勤保障工作。二是希望干警同志们尽快熟悉电力执法工作。三是希望双方同心协力、密切配合，翻开北京地区电力设施保护的新篇章。

       
　　为使公安干警尽快熟悉电力专业执法工作，早在成立仪式前，公司已组织干警开展了为期三天的电力基础知识专业培训和输电线路、电力隧道、变电站现场实际培训，目前广大执法干警精神饱满、整装待发，为确保奥运电网的安全做好了充足准备。
