It is reported that the financial platform "SG186" engineering business application is divided into general business and financial core business in two categories, including the integration platform of information network, data exchange, data center and application integration, enterprise portal five construction task. The "SG186" project in the comprehensive implementation of the financial platform, is a China State Grid Corp to implement the scientific concept of development, adhere to the "important task of fusion of informatization and industrialization", will become the company to increase the financial platform management level and asset control capacity, enhance core competitiveness, an important way to promote faster development of better financial platform and strong support.

In accordance with the milestone plan, financial informationization construction platform will be divided into four stages. 　　作为国家电网公司信息化建设的重要组成部分，国家电网公司金融平台“SG186”工程于4月14日全面启动。公司总信息师吴玉生参加启动会议。国家电网公司将紧密围绕建设统一金融平台的工作目标，加快金融信息化整体建设步伐，力争2009年实现金融平台“SG186”工程的整体竣工验收。

　　据悉，金融平台“SG186”工程的业务应用分为通用类业务和金融类核心业务两大类，一体化平台包括信息网络、数据交换、数据中心、应用集成、企业门户五项建设任务。“SG186”工程在金融平台的全面实施，是国家电网公司贯彻落实科学发展观，坚持“信息化与工业化融合”的重要任务，将成为公司提高金融平台管理水平和资产管控能力、增强核心竞争力、推动金融平台更好更快发展的重要途径和坚强支撑。

　　国家电网公司要求，金融平台“SG186”工程要遵循公司“SG186”工程的统一技术路线和“四统一”原则；建设过程要充分利用已有成果，发挥电网主业资源优势，提高金融平台的信息化水平；要实现金融平台信息贯通，为加强信息资产管控，实现金融平台产品创新、交叉销售和协同工作提供技术支撑:金融类业务应用建设要满足金融监管部门的要求，采用成熟软件技术路线。

　　按照里程碑计划，金融平台信息化建设将分四个阶段进行。今年将确保年底实现金融平台“SG186”工程的阶段验收，主要完成东单数据机房建设和金融资产管控应用建设，展开电网金融服务信息平台的研究开发，全面推进应用系统开发与推广实施，推进双网安全隔离措施在各金融单位的实施，保障金融信息安全。
