 应用情况

由于其功能比较齐全,使用灵活,操作方便,可以较好地满足运行人员对电网调度自动化系统中的主站系统、厂站系统及通道、规约等调试要求,因而已在基建工程方面和运行维护方面取得较好的应用。
 
1 在基建工程方面
 
         任何新建或扩建工程的厂站远动设备或电能量采集器,在正式投运之前,都要多次进行调试及信息的核对。随着电力工业的飞速发展,每年都有一大批电力基建工程项目并网投产。这些项目除了新投的发电厂及变电站外,还包括大量的线路、主变压器及发电机组的扩建工程。
 
 
         在未使用这套系统之前,我们都是直接将新建或扩建工程的厂站自动化设备直接与主站系统联接,通过前置机(其操作系统为UNIX)对其进行调试。但是,使用前置机调试,存在以下几个问题:由于主站只有两台前置机,只能同时对两个厂站设备进行调试。
         但在实际运行中,我们经常碰到有多个厂站设备需要同时进行调试,由此而来造成“调试冲突”;
         在调试过程中,参数的修改或下装比较繁琐,而且存在一定的风险;
         主站与厂站设备的通信报文无法记录保存下来;
         在进行信息的核对过程中,由于厂站所有的遥信都要进行分合闸的联动试验,遥测都要加载各种类型的模拟量,因而主站必然会产生大量的遥信告警及SOE,甚至引起事故追忆,对主站的正常运行构成威胁。
         而使用这套测试系统进行调试及信息的核对时,不存在“调试冲突”;
         同时ABY-9000人机界面比较友好,进行参数的修改或下装非常方便,而且不存在风险;
        另外,由于该系统能方便地将主站与厂站设备的通信报文记录保存下来,形成文本文件,便于有关人员对其进行分析,找出错误所在,及时要求设备厂商的调试人员对程序进行修改,缩短了调试时间;
        在进行信息的核对过程中,能按用户的要求完成各种信息的传送试验,对运行主站不形成任何威胁。在使用该测试系统完成对这些厂站的调试工作后,才将其接入调度主站,投入真正的运行。因而可见,使用这套测试系统进行基建工程方面的调试,既可以提高工作效率,缩短调试时间,又能减少对主站正常运行的干扰及冲击。
 
  
 
2 在运行维护方面
 
这套测试系统在运行维护方面,主要起着如下两个方面的作用:
a)当主站系统的厂站设备运行简表显示一个厂站的运行出现故障时,使用这套测试系统的主控功能进行测试,有助于快速判断究竟是厂站设备、远动通道故障,还是EMS主站的故障。
b)当主站收到的远动数据出现异常时,比如遥测量跳变或遥信量误动和频繁抖动,可使用这套测试系统的侦听功能,对主站与厂站设备之间的通信进行一段时间的侦听,并将有关的变化遥测(跳变范围由运行人员根据实际情况而定)及遥信变位信息全部记录下来,运行人员可对这些记录文件进行查询分析,判断故障根源,为正确排障提供依据。
