D20 is made by GE-Harris company in Canada's plant development, manufacturing and testing of the world's most advanced technology, the most widely used operation, the largest number of network distributed RTU products. 3, an overview of D200
D200 is a control platform of multi processor based on VME bus is developed on the basis of D20. Using high-speed D200, low power, low noise, high reliability, large scale CMOS controller and programmable array technology, has a higher flexibility, and reduced the logic circuit.

3.1 D200 main processor

3、 D200概述
    D200是在D20基础上发展起来的基于VME总线的多处理器的控制平台。D200 采用高速、低功耗、低噪音、高可靠性、超大规模CMOS控制器件和可编程阵列技术,具有更高的灵活性,并减少了逻辑线路。
D200采用标准的VME总线和开放式嵌入型的PSOS实时操作系统、多任务并行处理的CCU软件平台,使用多CPU的并行处理配置,多个串行通信口通信,可配置以太网接口,并通过网络同D25等IED设备之间或与其它计算机系统互换信息。
D200采用网络分布型体系结构,使得不同的应用可以根据实际的需要进行配置。若需要扩充、增加功能时,只需简单地扩充模件,增加应用软件,而不需要替换已有设备,因而可以降低运行成本,而且更易于安装和维护。
D200可支持多达四十二个独立的通信接口和超过140种以上的通信规约。因此,D200能够使之与各种计算机主站系统、继电保护设备、自动控制装置、计量及测量表计等进行方便灵活的通信,并可利用开放的软件平台和体系结构,构成一套变电站综合自动化系统、水轮发电机组调节控制系统、电度量采集和处理系统等。

3.1 D200主处理器
 具有前面所述的D20M++和D20ME的全部功能(见2.2节)。
3.2 D200单机多处理器
 D200单机多CPU由以下模块组成:
l         D20M++/D20ME VME Bus 处理器模块。
l         VME Bus 8MB 共享存储模块。
l         +5VDC电源。
l         ±12VDC电源。

D200系统的全部软件作为固件驻留在EPROM中,D200软件的核心为CCU,CCU可以使多个D20M++/D20ME CPU模块在一个系统中并行运行,每个模块可以用于完成各自特定的应用任务,通过系统中共享内存的数据交换,实现多任务并行处理的功能。

3.3 D200 VME Bus interface

3.4 D200 VME BUS memory

3.3 D200 VME Bus 接口
 D200 VME总线接口使D20M++/D20ME模块可以使用、控制和仲载VME总线。该功能由系统控制电路、总线控制电路和缓存所组成。可选用的系统控制由一个PLD去实现。该电路执行VME Bus的单级总线仲载、启动系统时钟和总线的超时监视。
 D200的总线控制是由总线控制器实现的。该控制器为D20M++/D20ME提供了对VME BUS连接所需的全部接口信号。总线控制器是一个高速的总线请求器和定时发生器。该请求器是全异步并且控制了采集和使用总线所需的全部顺序。当过程完毕时,控制器就释放总线。
 
3.4 D200 VME BUS存储器
   D200 VME BUS 为每个D200 中央控制单元(CCU)提供多个D20M++/D20ME处理器共享的存储器模块。该VMEBUS存储器模块将作为CCU驻留的存储器,也作为公用的CCU数据库。它采用CMOS芯片来配备后备电池,并把容量为8MB的存储器,连接在此32位VME总线上。
 
3.5           D200 VME 以太网接口
D200的VME 以太网模块由VME总线以太网接口模块和以太网适配器组成,每块VME总口
接口模块上可以支持两个独立的以太网适配器,以太网适配器可以是双绞线插口型的10BaseT RJ45接口,也可以是10Base FL光纤接口,须在订货时确定。
 
3.6 双机配置的D200系统
双机系统的基本结构如图3-2所示,双机配置的D200系统可以工作在热备用状态或并行工作状态。
l         双机主备运行方式   
所有的I/O模块通过双端口的D.20Link分别连接到两台D200上,与外部通信的串行接口通过RS232的切换模块与外部设备联接,两台D200间有一个用于识别运行状态的串行口相联,两台D200工作在主备状态时,由主D200负责运行,当主D200发生故障时,故障自动切换软件将整个系统的运行切换到另一台D200,实现D200双机系统主备运行方式的切换。   l         双机并行运行方式
 
两台D200的I/O模块,以太网联接方式与双D200备用方式相同,串行通信的接口可以
 
通过RS232切换模块接入两台D200,也可以直接分别接入两台D200,D200间的状态识别通信口不再需要。此时两台D200完全处在并行运行模式,其控制和数据处理由外部计算机和设备进行选择,任何一台都可以作主处理机运行,当其中的一台故障时,设备能够自动切换到另一台D200系统上运行。
