Composite rod insulator for high voltage transmission line, fixed and insulating high voltage wires. Six note the installation of the product.
The 1 insulator should be stored in dry warehouse, and should take the rat prevention measures, storage should avoid oil and petrochemical goods.
2 in the transportation process, should not be fittings and other heavy weights stacked directly on the insulator, so as to avoid damage to the insulator umbrella, so the packing box should be at the installation site to the out of the box.
We must pay attention to 3 out of the box, do not let the sharp cut umbrella skirt.
4 at the installation site, for longer insulator, do not be insulator dragged walk on the ground.
5 for 330kV and the above products, should pay attention not to insulator bend too, in order to avoid the mandrel excessive bending stress
Insulator 6 manual handling of very long, more than two or two shall carry, in order to avoid the middle part of the umbrella skirt surface caused by the sag was bruised, influence the electrical properties and the service life of the insulator.
7 in the hoisting insulator, do not allow the rope hanging in the shed directly, but should be hanging in the end attachments that ball on.

9 don't trample or climbing composite insulator.
10 don't tread on the installed equalizing ring or a hanging rope cable and the weight in the equalizing ring, so as to avoid the equalizing ring loose or damage the surface.
11 during the installation process, to avoid excessive bending or torsion stress on the mandrel. At the same time in the hanging line, do not turn the insulator has a fixed or add load.

一.用途
  
棒形悬式复合绝缘子用于高压输电线
路,作高压导线的固定和绝缘用。该产品尤其适用于污秽地区,能有效防止输电线路污闪事故,是目前广泛使用的瓷和玻璃绝缘子的换代产品。

二.结构及性能
  复合绝缘子由伞套、芯棒及两端金具组成,对于110kV及以下产品,不配均压环,220kV及以上的产品配1~2个均压环(见图1、图2、图3)。也可以根据用户需求配备均压环。

1.由硅橡胶为基体的高分子聚合物制成的伞盘具有良好的憎水性、耐腐蚀性、耐老化性等优点。能有效防止污闪事故的发生,且减少人工清扫,免测零值维护,为输电线路的安全运行提供了可靠的保证。
  2.芯棒采用玻璃纤维增强树脂棒制成,具有很高的抗张强度(>1100Mpa),约为普通钢的1.5~2倍,为高强度瓷的3~5倍。此外芯棒还具有良好的减振性、抗蠕变性及抗疲劳断裂性。
  3.金具和芯棒联接采用无损伤机械压接式联接,这是当今国际上最先进的连接方式。其优点是:联接安全可靠,压接应力分布均匀,且不损伤芯棒玻璃纤维束的完整性,能充分发挥其高抗张强度的优良特性。
  4.均压环具有改善电场分布,减少电晕和无线电干扰,保护伞裙在强电弧时不被烧坏。对于高电压等级的复合绝缘子效果更加显著。
  5.复合绝缘子结构紧凑,体积小,重量轻(为同级瓷绝缘子串的1/7~1/10),具有良好的弹性,不需定期清扫。因而不仅给运输、安装带来极大方便,而且大大减轻维护量及节约大量维护费用,减轻工人的劳动强度,也为事故检修及实施紧凑型线路提供了良好的条件。
  6.复合绝缘子采用整体注射成型生产工艺进行生产。伞套外性美观,界面少,芯棒和护套粘接牢固无缝隙,内绝缘性能好,可避免发生界面击穿的现象。

四.使用前的检查
1.产品出厂前已按标准进行逐个试验和抽样试验,为了防止运输过程中被损坏,安装前还应逐支仔细检查。绝缘子伞盘表面缺陷 (如缺胶、凹陷深度≤1mm)面积≤绝缘子总表面积的0.2%。
2.如伞套有撕裂或磨损及芯棒暴露的请不要使用。

五.产品包装
1.绝缘子采用JB/T9673的规定进行包装。
2.绝缘子装在坚固的、大小适合的包装纸箱内,运输方便。
3.220kV及以下产品用纸箱包装,10kV产品每箱装6支产品,35kV~220kV产品每箱内装3支产品。330kV~750kV产品用圆形纸筒包装,每个纸筒内装1支产品。330kV~750kV在包装时,为了更好地保护产品不受损坏,先用3个径向支撑板固定绝缘子,然后将其装在圆形纸筒内,最后将纸筒用塑料袋进行封装。
4.每个包装箱内装有产品合格证、随货附3~10份使用说明书。
5.均压环另用纸箱包装,220kV及以下产品均压环纸箱内装3个,330kV及以上产品均压环纸箱内装2个,均压环包括组装在一起的螺栓、螺母及弹簧垫圈。
6.为了确保货物安全到达目的地,所有的包装纸箱上都有正确的清晰标记,以免出现因不完美包装及不完整或难以辨认的标记而导致丢失或错误地发送的可能性。包装体上标有各种标记说明,详细的包装参见产品包装说明。

六.产品安装注意事项
1.绝缘子应存放在干燥的库房内,且应采取防鼠措施,存放地应避免有油类和石化物品。


2.在运输过程中,不应将金具和其它重物直接堆放在绝缘子上,以避免损坏绝缘子伞套,因而包装箱应在安装现场才能开箱。


3.开箱时一定要注意,不要让利器割破伞裙。

4.在安装现场,对于较长的绝缘子,千万不要将绝缘子拖在地上行走。

5.对于330kV及以上产品,应注意不要将绝缘子过分弯曲,以避免使芯棒产生过度弯曲应力

6.人工搬运很长的绝缘子时,应由两人或两人以上进行搬运,以避免中间部份下垂而造成伞裙表面被擦伤,影响绝缘子的电气性能及使用寿命

7.在吊装绝缘子时,不允许将绳索直接吊在伞套上,而应吊在端部附件即球窝上。

8.安装均压环时,一定要注意:将均压环的环型光滑面面向绝缘子伞裙。 

9.不要踩踏或攀爬复合绝缘子。 

10.不要踩踏安装好的均压环或吊挂绳索及重物在均压环上,以免造成均压环松动或损伤表面。

11.在安装过程中,要尽量避免对芯棒产生过度弯曲或扭转应力。同时在挂线时,不要转动已经固定或加了负荷的绝缘子。
