5、断路器结构与功能特点
总体结构
该断路器主要由集成固封极柱、电流互感器、弹簧机构、及箱体组成。真空断路器的导流回路由上进线端、真空灭弧室触头、下出线端构成。断路器为小型化设计,断路器可装设二相或三相CT,其结构如图1所示。

 

小型化弹簧机构
该断路器采用新型小型化弹簧操动机构,如图2所示,由凸轮-连杆机构组合而成,减小了机构的输出功,并且分、合闸时间稳定,分散性小。特制的合闸簧能充分满足24kV断路器的特性要求。机构传动输出采用主轴滑动方式,无扭力损耗,分合传动件少,可靠性高,要求外供电源功率小,易于配备后备电源。 

 

 集成固封极柱
断路器采用新型复合固体绝缘结构,如图3所示。真空灭弧室分别浇装在绝缘罩内,使真空灭弧室与绝缘一体化,大大提高了其绝缘性能,采用环氧树脂和硅橡胶复合绝缘材料,保护真空灭弧室的外表不受周围环境的污染,提高了绝缘性能和防污秽、防凝露的能力,并提高了耐臭氧、抗紫外线、抗老化能力,同时大大提高了机械强度。真空灭弧室、主导电回路、绝缘支撑等有机地结合为一个集成固封极柱。该设计为全密封、全绝缘、免维护结构,彻底解决了真空灭弧室小型化与满足外绝缘要求的矛盾。该真空灭弧室通过管内真空优良的绝缘性使高压电路切断电源后能迅速熄弧并抑制电流,燃弧时间短、电弧电压低、电弧能量小、触头磨耗少、允许的开断次数多。设计上采用拥有国际专利的独特的R触头设计,形成高强度纵向磁场,开断能力强,可靠性高;触头集成化,无引弧槽,表面几何形状完美,耐压高,机械强度好,并且开合过程无变形;灭弧室内部回路电阻小,内部电场均匀,触头截流值低,具有可靠的切容性、感性负载的能力。
 

 

 电流互感器为一体式安装在开关本体上,其外形如图4所示,该产品采用优质导磁材料及环氧树脂与硅橡胶复合绝缘而成,具有容量大、动热稳定倍数高、精度等级高、免维护、可靠性高等优点。可根据客户需要配置单计量,单保护,计量、保护一体电流互感器,有100、200、400、600、800、1000、1250A等多种变比可供用户选择,有0.2级、0.5级、10P10级等多种精度可供用户选择。

断路器的安装方式可单杆安装,如图6所示。
安装前,应仔细核对各操作元件的额定电压、额定电流与实际情况是否相符。并对断路器进行分、合闸试操作,以检查各种动作是否正确。 断路器使用的环境应符合规定的范围,若超过必须与 我公司协商。
 

 

 

7、安装和使用说明
断路器在安装和使用前应进行以下检查:
a)外观是否有损伤和破裂;
b)合、分指示牌、储能指示牌是否脱落、漏装;
c)箱体、箱盖是否有变形,并检查其密封性;
d)紧固件是否松动;
e)手动、电动操作断路器合、分10次,分合闸应可靠;
f)进行工频耐压试验。

9、注意事项
a)搬运过程中请勿在固封绝缘支柱及电流互感器上用力。
b)操作人员应仔细阅读使用手册,掌握该设备的操作方法,对运行中的问题应予 以记录,及时通知厂家。
c)用户不得随意更换零部件,不得更改线路,惹出现问题应及时向厂家联系。
d)安装时,保证开关的底箱安装面与安装架保持水平,若有不平现象,需垫平。

630A时切负荷操作超过3万次,维护工作量少。切除额定短路电流20kA超过30次。
可配置隔离刀闸,具备明显断开点,维护方便、安全。
