Intelligent circuit breaker and NKE-93 intelligent terminal
Intelligent circuit breaker NKE digital substation process layer in the system comprises a circuit breaker, isolating switch and NKE-93 intelligent terminal composition. 智能断路器和NKE-93智能终端
NKE数字化变电站过程层系统中的智能断路器由断路器、隔离开关和NKE-93智能终端组成。每个间隔配置一台NKE-93,就近安装于断路器本体附近。NKE-93具备16路开入量采集通道,就近采集断路器和隔离开关的状态,当状态量变化时,通过高速光纤以太网向间隔层二次设备发布GOOSE报文,报文中包含状态量变化的品质、时间等信息。二次设备需要控制断路器和隔离开关动作时,也通过光纤以太网向NKE-93发布相应的GOOSE报文,由NKE-93控制合跳闸操作回路。
智能断路器与传统断路器相比具有如下优点:
(1)智能终端就地安装于断路器本体附近,通过光缆与二次设备连接,一二次设备之间有效隔离,消除电磁骚扰问题,提高二次设备的安全可靠性;
(2)高速以太网技术和GOOSE报文特有的快速重发机制和接收预报警机制大大提高了状态量、控制命令的传输实时性和成功率;
(3)智能终端具备16路开入通道,最大配置19路开出通道,可监视、控制本间隔所有状态,能够实现间隔内的防误闭锁和顺序操作;
(4)具备一次设备在线监测功能,可将对一次设备的定时检修转变为状态检修;
(5)具有4路光纤以太网接口,在实现网络互连和数据共享的同时,大大减少交换机的用量。
(6)可接收IRIG-B对时信号,实现站域控制。
