发电机特性综合测试系统ARFD-2

发电机在定期检修以后,需要对发电机和励磁机的多种特性曲线进行测量比较,以判断检修结果。目前的测试手段是:接入众多的电流表、电压表、相位表,测试人员每人看一个表,再由一人发令,则每人记录自己仪表的读数,这样就存在以下隐患:  
(1)测试时间长,能耗大。  
(2)发电机检测数据少,准确性低,不能及时、准确地判断发电机的检修结果,有可能产生某些故障隐患,造成发电机并网发电时发生故障。  
(3)发电机检修需要接入大量的测试仪表,给实际操作造成很多困难,甚至容易造成事故。 
(4)发电机检修现场人员过多,容易发生意外事故等。
 
     为了能安全、准确、有效地对发电机电气参数进行综合测试,我公司在参考国外先进技术的同时,结合我国的实际情况,开发了RFD系列"发电机特性综合测试系统"。本系统以笔记本电脑为操作平台,配以专业化的数据采集器,使得发电机电气检修综合测试变得更准确,更及时、更方便。一般的检修人员只需简单培训,就可自如地操作整个测试系统。
